The staff here is very welcoming and quick to respond to my needs, and the rooms are nicely furnished with incredibly comfortable beds.

Was an ideal base for weekend. Everything was great during 1 day, enjoyed its marvellous location very close to the city center in the morning, and public transport. The folks working here were very good.

The stuff is nice and good English speaking. The breakfast is simple but enough for me.

The location is not very convenient, from the airport the best choice to the hotel is to take a taxi which will cost around 18 euro( at night). There is no public transport information even i sent an email to them. From the hotel to Paris you can take bus no.3( the bus station is also not easy to find...) to the last stop and then change no.1 to Gare SNCF(2 stops), the train station of Beauvais from which to Paris( ticket:12.7 euro one way plus bus ticket 0.9 euro) or back to the airport and take the shuttle bus(15 euro one way).

The room was big with central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing table.

Nice hotel. Checkin is fully automated at late hours and Sundays. Located in an industrial zone with bus connection terminating at about 6pm.

The king room was affordable and had a window that could be opened.

Nice price, clean, comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms near some restaurants with typical French breakfast.

Difficult to communicate if you dont speak French eg. In some emergency situation like ours when we were about to arrive too late and we had problems(with understanding on the phone and also problems to find the hotel as well)and to check in.

Staff can't speak and understand English. Hotel is to far from airoport, as we thought. Infomation about how to reach hotel from airoport - it was nothing at hotel webside. And in fact it was easy for us only because we met nice taxi driver, who told us about bus. So the best way is take bus to the centre and then bus nr. 3 or 8. Go out at area with a lot of magiasines - Auchan/bus station. In the morning the best way to airoprt is suttle bus. Price is only 1 Euro per person. Cost of taxi is about 18-20 Euros.

Convenient location for two stopovers as part of our journey to the South of France & for our return north. Nice friendly welcome, chance to speak French. Booking in very easy following online reservations. Rooms clean & tidy, decent size & comfortable. Breakfast room, food quality & quantity very good. Felt safe & secure.

Would be nice to have coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Shame the restaurant was not open in the evening (we stayed one Thursday night & one Sunday night)

It was very quiet in the rooms. No disturbance from other guests or noise from other rooms. Maybe we were just lucky not to have anyone in ajoining rooms.

More and better pillows would have been nice but those there were adequate.

The rooms are quiet, the beds are really comfortable, there is a shower, and the staff is very friendly.

The fact that the website said there was a bar and restaurant in the evening whereas it was closed. The website said there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room and there was not. I booked a twin room as I was travelling with my 83 year old mother and my two dogs but the beds were too close together and there was no room to part them. The rooms were so small that the chair that was supposed to be for the desk was in the way if you wanted to walk around the beds!!!
